Litchi map not loading

My iPad 2 is unable to load Litchi maps making it impossible to plan a mission. Can anyone suggest the cause? All I see are small smile faces with Chinese letters.

Issue solved.....the AMAP imagery for China mainland was activated by mistake. Thank you.
