Litchi Point of Interest

When setting the altitude for the point of interest that does not affect the altitude that the drone will fly at does it? Is this simply the altitude that the physical point of interest is located at for the purpose of having the gimbal know where to point?

Correct, there used to be some very good free tutorials here, not sure if still free, but they are very good.
