Litchi Waypoint Mission Proposed Flight........Advice Please

Hello
I'm planning a Litchi Waypoint Mission flight from my house to a friends house then land there so it's a one way flight.Any ideas if this is possible as the Mavic will be flying over a built up housing estate on its way to its destination.Also is it better to fly Towards Next Waypoint or Waypoint Defined?

I would be concerned where I lose RC connectivity, then the MP completed the mission but I had no visual or control over the landing. There is a pretty big margin of error where you land (sight unseen) unless it's a wide open area for you.
