The pencil tool was always in the app. I've never seen it on the Hub.
I use Litchi on my iPad Pro with a pencil. This works great for me. Do yo have access to a tablet?
I never liked that either. The first thing I do is check the box that makes it private. The hub also was lacking many features of the app, but now has batch editing and a setting for above ground elevations. However, I still compose most of my missions in Google Earth and import into the hub or app only to adjust them before flight. It's the only way to see elevation changes that you cannot plan for in either the hub or app. I then test them virtually with virtual litchi mission.I never did like the litchi hub due to the fact that your mission is made public by default for anyone to see or even download.
Did this fix this yet? It should be private by default. It has a great use if it is a mission at some public place so someone else can us it, but this is how I found a guy who flew near an airport, and the mission came back to his house, with him standing at the garage door as the drone recorded him. The link to the video was on the litchi hub as well. Last I even looked at the web site was 8 months ago. Just did not like the breach of privacy. Why would it not be set to private by default is worrisome.
