Playing around for the first time with a ND2000 trying out long exposure shots and different settings, the slightly blurred shots are the zoomed in ones.

Awesome, I purchased a VND 6-9 stop, and bright daylight was only down to 1.3 seconds ISO 100 and f7.1.
