Hi Jffprc,

This forum has A LOT of very talented people when it comes to diagnosing and troubleshooting drones & drone related issues of all sorts. That said it is a lot easier to help you find resolution to your issues if the problem you are having is well described and details provided.

If you are just trying to find a picture you took with your Mavic Pro. : Pictures and videos are often stored (usually in lower resolutions) on the attached phone/tablet but the full media is usually stored on the Mavics micro SD card. You can check in the DJI app for the photo by clicking on "editor" on the bottom of the app (has a movie marker icon) and then clicking on "album" on the page that opens.
