I have a DSLR with a few lenses and flash and was looking for a bag to hold it and a Mavic Air (fly more). I ordered the Protactic 350 but it was not quite large enough - I could theoretically get a minimum set of stuff in there but it was tight and not very optimally placed. The big issue is that the 350 is not deep enough for things like the Mavic remote so they have to go in horizontally. I was very impressed with the 350's small size but I needed more space.
The 450 has that space and then some. With the extra depth it's easier to double up on small lenses and other items so space is used more efficiently. I've got space for all my stuff plus a bit leftover. It's definitely a larger bag but I guess that's what happens when you get more stuff.
