MA2 Hyperlapse Waypoints - Max speed???

In the PDF manual, under Hyperlapse Waypoints, it says:

... 2. Set the interval time, video duration, and max speed...

I don't see where you can change the max speed. Only direction, interval time and video duration. Can you actually change the speed? How does it know how fast to fly?
