Mac Catalina seems to break DJI Assistant for Mavic 2 or Mavic for that matter.

After updating to Catalina I cannot connect to my Mavic 2 for an update. It seems that the helper program for Assistant 2 will not work anymore. Perhaps bc it was 32 bit. Any fix or more info?

Using 2.0.6 and catalina not seen any issues.. just updated NFZ db using assistant.. sorry.

I have not upgraded to Catalina yet, but I just checked DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic v2.0.8 and it is a 64-bit app.

The last time I tried using Assistant, I thought there was an issue as well connecting to the Drone but it turns out I was using a USB-C cable that only supported charging (ie no data transfers). Perhaps that is your issue? Even if the cable you are using is supposed to support data + charging try using a different cable. Good luck!

I just upgraded to Catalina and used the DJI Assistant 2 to without any issues (although now I can't relink the drone to the smart controller)...but the OS and the update seemed to work okay.
