I just downloaded it. I asked if the price to upgrade to video recording will also include the full version once it becomes available. Just commented on it, so waiting for a response. I'll update this post once I hear back.

Ok. If I read the response back right. Waypoint missions will require another in app purchase.
I think I'll use it as is for now, then purchase the full version once it's available.
