2) Make sure the gimbal is properly fitted into its housing. See this video
3) remove the SD card. If fixed your SD card is bad/not the right kind. If not fixed move on to 4.
4) Downgrade firmware to last version before the current version and then upgrade back to newest version. If not fixed move to 5.
5) Answer if you have had a crash or if there’s visable damage to the gimbal?
If yes then you can try to replace the gimbal ribbon cable. On a scale of 1-10 this is like a 7 repair in difficulty but a 1 in terms of cost if you do it yourself. If you don’t want to do it yourself you could have someone like @Thunderdrones do it and at that point Thunderdrones would be to advise you from here.
8) if you try ribbon cable replacement yourself and still doesn’t work then I’d contact @Thunderdrones
If you are starting maveric inside
Try taking out side or even to a different spot then where you starting it....
Try a different battery
