Mavic 2 RC with DJI Flight Simulator

My DJI smart controller works fine with the DJI Flight Simulator, but the standard RC doesn't. I have tried different cables and installed the drivers. The standard RC connects, but the sticks and other controls don't work. Both controllers connect to DJI Assistant 2 with no problems.
I very much appreciate advice that will help me solve this puzzle.

That's interesting since I think DJI has held that the SC does not support the simulator. Oh, well.

Interesting...I have the Mavic 2 Enterprise (Zoom version) and that remote DOES work with the Simulator...
