Mavic 2 zoom problem IMU

Hi to all, I bought a new wonderful M2 zoom, but from the first switch on, I got a warning to calibrate IMU. In the menù I found ACC2 Data error. I done calibration without result. The firmware is the last one.Tried to fly and the M2 is quite ok but still have this error. Do you have some suggestion or I have to contact support?

I think you must change IMU Module because it's mostly the cause of the problem

This piece is connected to the GPS board at the bottom of the board

I run into a similar issue with my Mavic Air a while ago. A good old fashioned whack fixed mine; yeah seriously! I am not suggesting you do the same but here is the thread if you want to take a look

[SOLVED!!!] - IMU ACC1 shows "Data Error" - AC has never suffered a crash or anything similar.

I had flown the MA this morning, in smart capture mode without the remote or phone even. No issues (well it refused to land at the end and only landed after it's battery reached critical - but I think that was just landing protection being picky). I come home review the footage, and decide to...

Hi to all, good news for me: my M2Z is coming back from DJI support....IMU was defected and changed in warranty (cost 12.40€). Next week I'll have my drone.

They probably sent you a new or refurb rather than actually repairing it. Check your S/N when you get it back. If different and you have refresh, be sure they transfer the refresh to the new S/N.

I think they repaired mine....but I'll check the serial ....yes I have dji care refresh.

I think you're right, I'm trying to check the DJI REFRESH CARE with my serial number but it gives me an error ....I wait next arrive....
