I'm sure some of you have wondered if those blue rapid chargers that became popular with the M2P are universal if the proper DC Cable adapter is obtained. It seems that there's not much difference between my old M2P charger and the same rapid charger being advertised for the Mavic 3 batteries. The input/output specifications are the same. The only different is a cable that fits the Mavic 3 series battery.
The only thing stopping anyone from having the ability to repurpose their M2P charger for their M3P is a DC adapter cable that plugs into the rapid charger but has the Mavic 3 battery fitting instead of the M2P battery fitting.
Has anyone seen the DC cables (only) for Mavic 3 batteries being sold yet? It seems like a DIY solution that would be used by many if available. No need to buy another rapid charger when we only need a new cable.
"New Mavic 3 Charger with the same specs as the old M2P chargers."
The only thing preventing old chargers from being recycled. Has anyone seen these adapters being sold for the Mavic 3 series?
