Mavic 3 Cine AF re-centers when pressing shutter

My Mavic 3 Cine re-centers the AF box every time the shutter button is pressed.
Even though I tap to focus on i.e. the upper right, as soon as I press the shutter it re-centers, autofocuses and takes the photo. Is this a known issue?
I can't find any info on it.

The shutter button works like this, light press is focus, harder press is to take the picture almost feels like two clicks when you depress it hard enough.
