Mavic Air 1 Requires Vision Calibration

I'm not able to connect to the DJI Assistance 2 with my Mavic Air 1 connected to my computer. I using the 2.4.1 version. Checked connections ports and even cable. Not connecting to the application. The computer is not even seeing the drone as a driver. What is my next step to try. Could the USB port on the drone dislodge of gone bad? Your input please.

Its possible but most likely there is something wrong on your side... try other cables first then check your PC
