This happened to me a couple weeks ago when I was flying in a park close to an overpass.
In my case they were cliff swallows and build their mud nests under the bridge.
I think it's their nesting season and they're being protective but never did actually attack my MA2, they just tried to annoy it like they do large birds of prey.
