Mavic air 2 rear obstacle avoidance sensors not working

hello all. I am a new pilot and need some advice. Got a drone less than a mounth ago. The drone is a Mavic air 2. Initially the rear obstacle sensors were working, however today used the drone again and rear sensors not working. Front sensor working well and drone stop when moving forward when senses an obstacle, however when moving backwards just keeps going even with an obstacle at the back. Any advise, something I am doing wrong? Any support is much appreciated

Try sensor calibration. If it still doesn't work. call DJI.
