Mavic air controller phone clamp

Hello all, my phone clamp on the mavic air controller (specifically the left side) is extremely loose, so much so that I can start to see the metal piece that holds the clamp in place. I cannot get a picture of it unfortunately it doesn't show on camera. My question is has anyone else had this problem? And of so what did you do to remedy it? I don't want to send my controller to dji and be down a week if it's a easy fix. Thanks.

Your stuck. The only way to access the screw that holds that in place is to split the case open. Doable, but not fun. DJI,no. Thunderdrones, yes.

I didn't want to send it off with the only thing being a wobbly arm but i couldn't stand the wobble so I took the controller apart. If it helps anyone you only have to take the two t5 screws and the front plate off. Obviously take your time and you should be good. I was able to tighten the screw with a Walmart set of small screw drivers. Good as new!
