Mavic Air fan always spins at full speed

About a week I got a Mavic Air, and it's been working just fine, but yesterday i came across some videos, in which the drone's fan barely even turns on in the beginning, and turns on only after some time, but my drone's fan is always spinning at full speed. Should i be worried?

I didn’t even know they had fans. And I have one. Now I have to look.

There's a small one under the top cover, you can't really see it.

It probably turns on based on the measured temperature, so when it's cold out, it's less likely to turn on.
