Mavic Air Gimbal - please help!!!

Hi, my gimbal on my Mavic Air has stopped responding to the gimbal wheel on the front of the remote since performing the latest firmware update. Moves on startup, moves on calibration, functions correctly when selecting between FPV and Follow, remote controller joysticks and wheel function correctly when calibrating the remote, but gimbal does not function with wheel. I have refreshed the update through my MacBook and restored original factory settings. At my wits end

Hi, thanks for your message. It is probably the only thing that I haven’t tried (I will though). It responds when you change the gimbal setting between Follow and FPV through the settings no problem

Have you also tried moving the gimbal by tap-hold and drag on dji-go-4? Just to rule out controller issue.
