Mavic Air not showing in the App

I recently got a secondhand Mavic Air. When I try to connect it to the controller and open the app, it says connect drone, but the only two options showing are Mavic Mini and Mavic Air 2?? So there is no option to connect anything other than those two drones. PLEASE HELP =0)

As a new Mavic Air pilot, my first recommendation to you would be to read, then read some more, and finally read again.

• I think you most likely downloaded and installed the wrong app. Did you perhaps install DJI Fly? That is not the correct app for the Mavic Air.
• Did you read the full Mavic Air user manual? Page 3 describes the proper app and where to get it. The rest of the manual goes on to cover proper conenction techniques and starting to fly.
