I have two Mavic issue, one is Mavic Pro, the gimbal started to function improperly when I wanted to fly. The gimbal was unable to stabilize its self. Gimbal status showed "Gimbal Obstructed", "gimbal motor load too large", and "please check if the gimbal clamp has been removed" . However, the clamp and cover were already removed.
The other one is Mavic Air, the gimbal started to function improperly as well. Once connected to remote controller/phone app, the camera will allow to move partially the way down (not the full 90 degs) and once its unable to move any further down, it will not allow you to scroll up.

Does anybody know how to solve it?

Have either been crashed?

Mavic Pro

Gimbal obstructed usually means a broken ribbon or damaged motor assembly. Could also mean bent ant vibration plate.

Mavic Air

Mavic Air gimbals are fussy. If the get hit or landed hard once or twice, they will start to malfunction in different ways. In your case, to to do an IMU calibration, gimbal calibration, and see what happens. If that fails, sometimes whats needed is a manual gimbal adjustment in DJI Go 4. Id all that fails, your gimbal is probably in need of service.
