Mavic Air won't connect to RC

Well, I guess I'll be testing DJI support this week once they open. My MA has been working fine with no issues. until this morning I tried to connect to check to see if all the firmware was up to date and it wouldn't connect. Pushed the button in the back until two beeps. Used different cables to connect iPhone8, iPad 9.7 and my crystalsky 5.5 to RC. Still no luck. Purchased refurbished unit from DJI in January of this year so at least in's still covered.. Tried connecting in camera view, still no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Support doesn't open until Monday at 9 PST so I have the rest of the week end to try to sort this out. Flew last week with no issues. Just doesn't connect all of a sudden. Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear that. I hope it gets resolved quickly.

Do you have wifi turned on on your crystalsky?

Thanks, Yes WIFI on all three monitors. Saw a post about removing SD card. Removed it but also moved my MA to a different location inside and it connected. Don't think it was the SD card as much as just moving the drone a couple of feet from the original location. Put SD card back in and put drone back in original location and everything works now. Also was able to update firmware. If it happens again, I will try moving the drone.
