Update - good news. DJI looked at the flight logs and said they will replace drone as it was a warranty issue.

Very good news!!

I had an incident with my Spark back in 2018 and they also replaced it. Them are very decent regarding warranty issues.

Out of the blue I get rung up by someone who found the drone. I had my name and number on it. Found just near the track where I was looking so guessing it fell into a tree and wind finally bought it down 4 months later. Battery still in place. He’s away from me so he’ll post me the memory card. I’ll try to pick the drone up sometime we are over that part of the country.
