I've tried a couple different cables still having the issue but I did hook the wife's brand new iPhone 13 up and everything worked just fine connected okay

Maybe it has something to do with an android security update.

Hi, I was dealing with this problem today while getting my Mavic Pro Platinum ready for sale.

The DJI Go 4 app on my Samsung Galaxy S10e would only say "disconnected" and not show a live camera view.

My old Samsung Galaxy S2 10" tablet would connect just fine.

The easy solution was to enable "USB debugging" on my Galaxy S10e phone.

Here are the instructions for the S10e. It might be different for your S22.

    • From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
    • Navigate:
      Settings
      Settings icon

      Developer options
      .
If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then navigate:
      Settings
      About phone
      Software information
      then tap
      Build number
      7 times.
If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
    • Ensure the
      Developer options switch
      (upper-right) is turned on
      Switch on icon
      .
    • From the Debugging section, tap
      USB debugging
      to turn on or off.
    • If prompted, tap
      OK
      to confirm.
