My DE is not connecting to my android phone. When it is plugged in it starts charging so I know the cord is good. It has worked fine in the past and I checked it on my tablet and the app and camera work fine. I have tried using both DJI Go and DJI Pilot.

Most likely your plug. I've had a plug go bad and was having weird issues. Try a new plug connector... good luck ?
