Well, the standard ND filters should be used to get your shutter speed down to around 2X your frame rate; they just reduce the light entering the camera. I don't think standard ND filters and D-Log will present any issues. However, the polarized ND filters do modify the image by reducing reflected light. It's possible that they may "unflatten" the image a bit.
