i use 10-80p at 30 fps and that is best for my equipment i play back my videos on

Depends on how much motion blur you want.

run 1080p30 if you want film looking recordings
run 1080p60 if you want video tape / live event looking recordings
30 is like a TV show
60 is like the evening news or sports show

This is misleading. Film look is 24 p, with a shutter of 1/50, or 1/60. Resolution has nothing to do with it.

Although Tv scan is 60p, the actual video carried is 30 p in most cases.
