HOW DO I GET THE CARE REFRESH BY USING SOMEONE ELSES PHONE.BECAUSE ILL BE USING MY PHONE TO OPERATE THE THE DRONE.SO HOW DO I GET YOUTUBE UNDER MY ACCOUNT ON SOMEONE ELSES PHONE.

Just use your own login for YouTube no matter the phone. Why are you trying to get Care refresh while you’re flying? Don’t understand

Care refresh needs the information on your phone that you’re using to fly. Info is stored in the Fly app.

It sounds like he exceeded the 48 hours from activation and now needs to create the video that shows it is in perfect operating order.
If he's still within 48 hours, he can buy it online from a PC. He then only needs the AC S/N.
