Mavic Pro 2 Connection Issue

This is week two with my Mavic Pro 2 and I've experienced a connection issue twice now. Both times regarding startup on commercial jobs in residential neighborhoods. The connection is made but the video reception seriously lags and is jerky. Shutting down and restarting solves the problem. I have the latest firmware and antennas are in the proper orientation. Any feedback appreciated!

Hi - welcome to the forum ... It would help to know what mobile device you're connecting the RC controller to?

It may be relevant - but personally - I don't trust the short DJI supplied connector cable that goes from the side-port on the controller, to the mobile. I removed that completely and used a short, good-quality USB-A cable from the port in the base of the controller. Others who have had disconnect problems have done the same, and 9 times out of 10, that has sorted the issue. This is my controller set-up ...
