Mavic pro battery problem.

I received a new supposedly and can't even get it to turn one light on and it's been on the charger for hours. Is there something I can do to reset it? Just wondering if I bought a bunk battery off E-bay.

eBay has a pretty decent return policy, I'd get with the seller let him try and help, or refund/replace the battery if he can't.
