Mavic Pro Controller Help

When calibrating my controller I've noticed after pressing "start" that my sticks aren't centered. I've done the calibration several times and nothing changes. Any thoughts? Does this get compensated knowing the info? I'

Common to see this kind of minor offset. You piloting is the compensation.

Ok good. Wasn't sure if it was normal or not. I've watched youtube videos of how to calibrate and everyones was dead on.
