Mavic Pro issues

Problem? I’ve listed pictures that explain most of my problems below . Long story short I sold the drone nvr had wrecked it or anything else of the sort . When I sold the drone apon it’s arival buyer said it didn’t work . So I had it returned and sent it to dji for repair . Dji automatically pointed to water damage and didn’t want to fix it .
Was unit in a crash? None that I’m aware of .

What have you tried so far? So now that I’ve tried redoing all the software and sent it to dji I’m a little stuck on what to do

What device are you using ( iphone , ipad, Samsung , etc)? iPhone I pad

What firmware are you running ( aircraft, remote controller)? Updated and reinstalled

What Go app version are you using?
Go4
Any modification? (if so what) none

Did you change anything or install any apps? (if so what)no

Do you have a video or pictures of the problem? (if so post link)

Now how to go about fixing this would be my main question . What parts and ways of testing should I be doing if any . Imu board replacement ? Esc board replacement ? Drone still truns on function seems flawless but has no remote connection . I’ve got the gimbal to update off my laptop but then after turning the drone off for a night it’s no longer connected

Exactly. New owner flew it, crashed it, sent it back saying it doesn't work.
