Is there a lens I can just screw on the front of the camera to change camera magnification X2 or X3 ?
I know it has it's magnification thru the controller .I know nothing about cameras.

No ... there's no such thing, but if there was, the gimbal wouldn't be able to support the weight of it.

OK so there's nothing like an ND filter that I can screw on the thread that's already there with a set X magnification ?

There isn't.
You may have read of a wide(er) angle accessory lens for some models, but there are none that increase magnification - which would be the opposite.
