Mavic Pro newbie

Hello all. Total newbie to droning and videography. Have a Mavic Pro. Still getting head around camera settings, filters etc. any advice appreciated!
Updated video. A bit dark perhaps. Was using an ND16

1. I would think flying over the marina would not be in compliance with CASA's regulations.

2. Much of the video appears out of focus to me.
