Got my new Maverick Pro 2 weeks ago. Picture with fuzzy even at 4K. It was suggested to calibrate the IMU it would not calibrate kept on coming up with an error code 13. Even out in the driveway away from any metal or magnetic objects. So I called DJI was on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to find Solutions. They said to update the firmware. I got DJI assistant and tried to update the firmware. It stopped at 86% every time. And we're talking at least 20 times. I called DJI back got a different person he told me if there was an error code 13 to send it back. There was something wrong with the IMU. Tracking says they received it 4-8 2017. Let's see what happens. This is my first drone other than the Atlas latrax I've been flying around the house. The time I got to fly the mavic drone was pretty cool. Looking forward to getting it back.
