You could fly back to back all day and it won't worry your drone.

As many as your controller and charging facilities will allow you to do. And to some extent the phone too

What others have said... the only thing I will add is if you are in extremely hot climate area (100 deg+) I would let the bird cool down a bit between each flight. heat is not a good thing for batteries or motors in the long run. In general though, fly all day long!
