Looks like the end was blocked off despite what looked like new wood installed in the supports as well as the deck.
What, if any, are the current uses?

Thanks for watching. The trestle has not been used for about 70 years, hence the lack of rails. At this point it's really just a piece of history and a destination for hikers. I imagine that the Timbers are replaced every so often, but not really sure. Either way, it's just a really cool feat of engineering
