Miami Beach flying

Traveling to Miami Beach and would like to do some flying to get some video mainly over the Oceanside area likely over the water mainly.

Any tips are welcome.

I'm down in SouthBeach. There hasn't been any issues taking off from parking lots, hand launching and catching on the beach or small parks.

Nobody has asked me about the drone. I also fly early around 7-9am so there aren't too many people around. Definitely get a ND filter. I have a ND 16. Get a ND16 or higher. If you don't have one.

I saw another guy With a phantom walking with it in his hand and launching in the park.

There are security people and cops around on the boardwalk but nobody can be bothered with it so far. Fingers crossed. Have fun!
