Mini 2 black photos on panorama

I search but i havent found any similar problem. I start the mini 2 and i record some videos. i switch to panorama and the camera goes black. Even if i start shot the result is black photos. Anyone with similar problem?

Try resetting, reinstalling things like that.
Tedious but should fix it
