Mini 2 video bitrate

I am wondering what is the exact video bitrate for each video resolution. I read somewhere that only 4K is 100 mbps and that others are only 40 just as with the Mini 1.
Anyone could confirm that?

The recording is always variable bitrate mode so the exact bitrate you get will depend on the level of detail and motion you're recording.

But it does appear that the max is around 100mbps for 4K and 40mbps or less for the other resolutions.
