Mini 2 with Mini 3 Pro DJI RC

Has anyone been able to link the DJI RC from the Mini 3 Pro with the Mini2. I have not been able to connect the two together. Any suggestions pleas

The Mini2 isn't one of the models supported by the DIJ RC (RM330) and I doubt it ever will be. The RC-N1 will do both models, though.

Business strategy, perhaps? DJI want to sell drones so backwards compatibility isn't always their priority.
