Missing a video

Hi guys

Just came back from the lake with the Mav and when checking to see my pictures and video, I noticed that one is missing.... SD card is not full as well as the cache....

Does it happen to someone ?

Do the photos skip that picture number? If not, perhaps no photo was taken.

My number one peeve: I sometimes forget to hit the record/capture button!
I now have a white label on my tablet that reads:
"Are you recording yet?"
