Moverio BT300 won't connect to Mavic Pro controller

2 days of my life I will not get back. I must be doing something wrong.
Moverio BT300 glasses will not connect to Mavic Pro controller. I have installed the DJI Go4 app form Moverio that didn't work. I installed the DJI Go4 app from APK still not working. I get the app screen showing disconnected. What next?????

A quick search will take you to the recent discussions in this issue. One controller version works very well and one doesn’t. It’s a known issue.

Also make sure you are removing the side USB cable from the side charge port. If you have usb lead pluged into side port then bottom USB ceases to work.

i just purchased the bt-300 and have no issues of it connecting but i am having issues of it lagging and the android device is getting very hot,getting back to your issues,set up an account with the epson glasses then you go to moverio app store and download the go 4 app from it sign into your dji account and you should be good to go

I have had to revert to a previous version of DJI Go4 but it only works on wifi direct to the drone. It won't recognise the controller by cable.

Well after all those downloads and re downloads it turned out to be the cable between the Mavic pro and the BT 300 control. Replaced now working fine.
