2 Pro My city got a grant to restore a water tower so I used the M2P to show how bad the damage is

Here's a pretty historic water tower from Rochester, MN. Used to be owned by Dr. Plummer of the Mayo Clinic. The property was given to the city in 1971 and was added to the National Register of Historic Place in 1975. WHY the city hasn't done proper upkeep is beyond me. The cedar shingles are completely gone over a portion of the roof. Now the city got a grant to pay for part of the $785,000 that it will cost to restore it. I just keep thinking that if they actually maintained this landmark through the years it was not be in the state of disrepair it is now.
