My Mavic doesn't want to fly higher than 30m

Hi Guys,
I have a mavic pro for like a year now, and Just change my phone a month ago. When i try to fly with my new phone it s impossible to fly higher than 30m and 50m long. I checked my new phone if is fiting with the APP, it 's all good. And the checked as well my app is not in beginner mode.... I tried as well to fly with my old phone and every thing was working well... I m a bit lost :/ is it happened to someone before ?

Try signing out of your DJI account in the app.
Then sign in again and see how that goes.

Make sure you have the most up to date go4 app and make sure every piece of hardware is up to date - are you in a restricted area - is your mini map showing yellowish is color - maybe you are on an airplane landing route

Agree with Moose, I've had issues with aircraft landing areas, my MA auto landed from about 5m.
I also had trouble in the UK with lack of available frequencies.
