I think you could really benefit from slowing down your flights. When I first got my mavic I was whizzing around and realised the footage was gunk when I got it onto the laptop.
The best footage is recorded in straight lines. Either up/down, side-to-side or going forward/backwards. Introducing a yaw motion doesn't look the best, and your footage suffers as a result of this.
There's some great setup videos to be found on YouTube. I would advice you dampen the yaw on your controller significantly, and set the gain on the gimbal so it comes to a gradual stop. This should smooth out your footage and make it more cinematic.
