I just took a deeper dive into B4UFLYand noticed something I had not previously noticed. It is an advisory claiming a restriction of airspace “on or over” county property managed by Jefferson County Open Space (Colorado).
I have asked Aloft to provide authority for the restriction and await a response which I will share. My shoot from the hip guess is that
Aloft simply parrots whatever the local governments say without any regard whatsoever for any binding authority.
Has anyone else experienced this in their particular locales?
