@Tentoes it does seem like that sometimes, mainly when you have charged up all 8 of your batteries,to fly the next day, and it either rains all day ,or the wind decides its going to try to blow your head off ,none of which was forecast
I hear ya! I was all set to fly tomorrow morning, but when I looked at the weather I decided to "stand down" and not charge my batteries. I try to keep them ~50% until/unless I know I'm going to fly, and then I usually charge the night before or the morning of (as long as they have time to cool down before flight).
